FM Customer Service Representative - Indiana
Indianapolis, IN

The Function of the Facilities Management Customer Site Representative is to serve as the full time, on-site representative of Sharp Business Systems at a specific client location.

SPECIFIC DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

Running print and copy jobs for users

Keeping track of resources used per job – ordering supplies needed to complete project via Office Services.
Ordering supplies to replenish ones used from Office Supplies/notify supplies used
Maintaining supplies for re-occurring projects
Keeping proper inventory of all supplies necessary for equipment use
Facilitating print-shop requests (i.e. binding, laminating)
Packaging and delivery of completed jobs to customers

Checking equipment daily

Checking and changing toners on all printers on the maintenance contract
Ordering toners for faxes and changing as needed.
Loading paper, checking toner, cleaning machines (if dirty)
Filling out logs for all Sharp machines in service at location
Reporting any service related issues to Service Department
Ordering supplies of Sharp and HP printers
Reporting network connectivity issues to IT Department

Customer Service
Completing weekly report and submitting to Office Services supervisor for all completed projects
Supporting client mailroom as needed
Placing service calls when necessary
Fielding problem calls from users
Maintaining availability to assist users with any printing issues

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Previous experience working with copiers and postage machines a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work independently, remotely and with minimal supervision
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize projects and maintain flexibility to shift priorities as necessary
Must possess basic mathematical skills especially arithmetic
Ability to walk, stoop, bend, and lift 50 pounds
